Are your products vegan?

Don't worry, we haven't forgotten about our PrettyGlossVegan babes, most of our products are suitable for vegans. Keep an eye out for a Vegan label so you know exactly which products are vegan-friendly.

Where do you ship to?

We ship to the U.K , Wales and Scotland. We are currently not shipping to Ireland. At checkout, you'll be given the option to select your country. Please select the right address and shipping destination. Check out our SHIPPING page to check for shipping options.

Are your products cruelty-free?

Yes. Our products are cruelty-free and, we make sure all ingredients are too.


If you are allergic to anything, please read the ingredients list before purchasing. Always do a patch test on your inner arm before applying to lips.

Where can I find the ingredients list?

All ingredients are listed along with the products on their page.

Returns and Refunds?

We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds due to hygine reasons. We only accepet returns and will offer a refund if the wrong product is shipped out by mistake. If there is any issue with your product, please e-mail or DM so we can sort out the issue.

How long is delivery?

Depending where your goods have been ordered to, please expect your order to be with you within the time frame of: U.K - 3 to 5 working days Due to current events, orders sent out might get delayed at posting. Please be patient. If it has gone over an extend amount of time, please contact us so we can get the issue dealt with.
